Delivery to suit you

For our office customers, we beat the rush hour traffic to deliver your box first thing in the morning, or within a half-hour window as agreed with you. For our home deliveries, each postcode has a delivery day, and we’ll deliver before 6.30pm on that day.


Easy management

You can amend or edit your order online via your online account as well as view/print itemised invoices for deliveries received. For our office customers statements will be sent monthly via email.

What areas do you do home deliveries?

To find out what areas we are delivering and on what days please go to the order online tab and select a product. Here it will ask you for your address. Enter the fist line of your address.

If we are not in your area yet it will let you know. As this is a new service we are starting we selected areas and will gradually add on more route over time. So please check back over the coming weeks.

What will I get in my fruit & veg box?

On the order online page there is a image of the different options available here you will find a icon that says “whats in this?” click on this icon and it will let you know what will be in the box.

Each box will have a selection of fruit and veg, you may add additional items to your order such as bread, milk, eggs etc.

The selection will vary depending on seasonality and availability; we select the best varieties from top suppliers.

How do I order?

If you are setting up a regular or once off order, you can simply create your order online and once you have selected the item you wish to order it will then ask for your address at this point it will let you know the day or days we are in your area.. You can select to pay by Credit Card.

What happens if I have an issue with quality?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are at all unsatisfied with the quality of our products, just let us know and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

What precautions are you taking with Covid-19?

With the widespread of COVID-19, We strictly adhere on social distancing practices on our operations and deliveries. All our delivery drivers and pickers follow general Hygiene procedures and  are supplied with recommended safety equipment.

This will be a completely contact-less service.

How do you maintain social distancing when delivering?

We will make contact by doorbell or phone, will place the order at your door or pre defined delivery location, step back two meters.

We will not be able to enter your house or apartment complex. When delivering to apartments we kindly ask that you meet the delivery driver at the ground floor to allow our drivers to avoid any unnecessary handling of access doors, elevators/lifts etc

Our driver will call you as he is close by for delivery.

Do I need to be there to take delivery of my box?

We start delivering from quite early in the morning, every weekday and aim to have all deliveries complete by 6pm. Your delivery time will depend on where you are on our route – if a secure location is available, we are happy to leave your box.

We will work with you to find the best way to deliver your box, we will phone you if there is no answer at your door.

You can leave a note when placing your order for our drivers.

Is there minimum spend?

Yes the minimum order is €25. Orders under €35 will have a €3 delivery charge

What if I need to change my order?

When you first become a customer, you’ll create an account on our website. You can log on  to change your order, add some items, change the delivery instructions or even pause your order.

You may make changes to your order up to 45 hours prior to delivery.

ie if you get a delivery on a Wednesday your cut off time will be 10am on Mondays.

How do I cancel my order?

You can log into your account and cancel your order at any time before the cut off time of your next delivery.

Where does the fruit come from?

We personally select our fruit at the wholesale Fruit & Vegetable Market in (Dublin), we also import unique varieties from main land Europe as well as directly from Irish producers.

Can I change the contents of the box?

No, we don’t currently have the option to change the contents of the boxes, but we are sure there is something for everyone to enjoy.

I think there is something missing from my order?

Occasionally we have to make changes to your box contents depending on availability and seasonality. First check that we haven’t substituted an item for something else. If something is missing please email and we will replace it with your next delivery free of charge.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made by credit card and this will automatically be deducted before each order is delivered.

When do you deliver?

We start delivering to homes from quite early in the morning from Tuesday to Saturday your day will depend on you location and aim to have all deliveries complete by 6:30pm. Your delivery time will depend on where you are on our route – if a secure location is available, we are happy to leave your box some where safe for you to collect if you are out. If this a option please state when ordering where you wish it to be left.

We will work with you to find the best way to deliver your box, we will phone you if there is no answer at your door.

What do I do with the empty boxes?

Our cardboard boxes are fully recyclable, please dispose of them responsibly.
