Do I need to be there to take delivery of my box?
We start delivering at 4 am, every weekday. Your delivery time will depend on when we can access your building – if a secure location is available, we are happy to leave your box for later collection by someone on your team.
We will work with you to find the best way to deliver your box, and once this is established, we will always try to deliver within the same delivery window.
Our delivery run is typically finished by 1 pm.
What if I need to change my order?
When you first become a customer, an account will be created on our website. You can log on to change your order, add some items, change the delivery instructions, or even pause your order (for instance if your office closes for the holidays).
You may make changes to your order up to 9am on the day prior to delivery or 2pm on a Friday in respect of a Monday delivery.
Can I see a sample box?
Absolutely! We want you to be able to see the quality of our boxes with your own eyes.

What happens if I have an issue with quality?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are at all unsatisfied with the quality of our products, just let us know on the day of delivery and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my order?
We don’t lock you into a minimum contract; all we require is an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before 9am on the day prior to delivery, or 2pm on a Friday in the case of a Monday delivery.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Yes, we can deliver a box to any business address nationwide. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to hospitals or residential addresses. We can also put in a personal note on your behalf.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made by direct debit or credit card and this will automatically be deducted around the invoice due date (normally the 10th of the following month). An invoice will issue at the end of each month by email for deliveries received within the month. This will be sent to the registered billing email address provided on the account. A monthly statement will also be issued by email to the registered billing email address on the account.
Where do you deliver?
We offer office fruit box delivery to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland. Delivery within our Dublin delivery area is free as long as your order is over €16. Delivery outside of Dublin is €5 (exc VAT).
When do you deliver?
Deliveries start first thing in the morning, Monday to Friday.
If your delivery falls on a bank holiday Monday, we will deliver on Tuesday instead. We are very flexible with our service – you can get a delivery daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or whenever you need one. We recommend a delivery twice a week, so you always have a supply of fresh, ripe fruit. Please note the cut off time for the Tuesday delivery on a Bank holiday is midday on the previous Friday.
What do I do with the empty boxes?
Our cardboard boxes are fully recyclable, so you can put them in the office recycling. Minimising our carbon footprint is very important to us, and we always reuse or recycle empty boxes where possible.
Do you only deliver fruit?
We deliver much more than just fruit! We supply milk, non-dairy milk, bread, healthy snacks, tea and coffee, to name a few products, to offices. What precautions do you have in place in respect of the current Covid-19 pandemic?
We are strictly adhering to social distancing practices with our operations and our deliveries. As a result, our delivery team are completely contactless. We’re happy to leave your order in a safe place, determined by you.
The whole process from sourcing and packing, through to delivery follows the best hygiene practices. Because of this, our team has all the recommended safety equipment and are mindful of keeping a two-metre distance between others.
