Delivery to suit you

We beat the rush hour traffic to deliver your box first thing in the morning, or within a half-hour window as agreed with you. We can also deliver to multiple locations at the same address.

You can manage your order via your online account. Regardless of how often we deliver, your accounts department will receive a single monthly invoice.

From picking the fruit at market, to carefully ripening it in our warehouse and then packing it for delivery, every member of the team works to a well-defined process and is backed by the best systems available.

Our logistics are second to none. Smart delivery routes are planned to beat the traffic, and your employees can expect their box to always arrive at the same time. Orders are double-checked before they leave, and our drivers have your latest delivery instructions to hand so that nothing can go wrong!

Frequently Asked Questions

What will I get in my fruit box?

All our fruit boxes have approximately 45 pieces of easy-to-eat fruit. The selection will vary depending on seasonality and availability; we select the best varieties from top suppliers, so you will often get types not usually available at the supermarket.

You can add extras such as berries and a wide range of dairy products, and make specific requests if you need to. We can also supply a completely customised box if that’s something you need, just contact us to find out more.

Where does the fruit come from?

We personally select our fruit at the wholesale Fruit & Vegetable Market in Smithfield (Dublin) as well as directly from Irish producers.

How do I order?

If you are setting up a regular order, you can simply create your order online and specify what day and time suits you best for delivery. When you choose ‘Direct Bank Transfer’ as the payment option, we will invoice your accounts department at the end of the month.

Can I see a sample box?

Absolutely! We want you to be able to see the quality of our boxes with your own eyes. Just get in touch with us – email or call 01 534 5821 – and we will organise a sample box to be delivered to your office so that you can taste our delicious fruit for yourself!

What happens if I have an issue with quality?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are at all unsatisfied with the quality of our products, just let us know and we will replace the item(s) the next time we deliver.

Do I need to be there to take delivery of my box?

We start delivering at 4 am, every weekday. Your delivery time will depend on when we can access your building – if a secure location is available, we are happy to leave your box for later collection by someone on your team.

We will work with you to find the best way to deliver your box, and once this is established we will always deliver at the same time.

Our delivery run is typically finished by 1 pm.

What if I need to change my order?

When you first become a customer, you’ll create an account on our website. You can log on at any point to change your order, add some items, change the delivery instructions or even pause your order (for instance if your office closes for the holidays).

All we require is 48 hours’ notice for changes to be reflected in your delivery.

How do I cancel my order?

We don’t lock you into a minimum contract; all we require is 48 hours’ notice to cancel an order. If you need to do this, just email us at or give us a call on 01 534 5821.

Can I send a box as a gift?

Yes, we can deliver a box to any business address nationwide. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to hospitals. We can also put in a personal note on your behalf.

How do I pay?

We will invoice your accounts department monthly for your regular office fruit delivery. Our preferred method of payment is direct debit, which is quick and easy to set up. If you would like to use this method, just ask us to send you on the details.

We also accept payment online by credit card and direct bank transfer.

Where do you deliver?

We offer office fruit box delivery to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland.

As long as your order is over €16, delivery is FREE. If your order is below this, we charge €5 for delivery.

When do you deliver?

Deliveries start first thing in the morning, Monday to Friday.

If your delivery falls on a bank holiday Monday, we will deliver on Tuesday instead. We are very flexible with our service – you can get a delivery daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or whenever you need one. We recommend a delivery twice a week, so you always have a supply of fresh, ripe fruit.

What do I do with the empty boxes?

Our cardboard boxes are fully recyclable, so you can put them in the office recycling. Or, if you leave them out for us, we’re more than happy to collect them the next time we deliver.

Minimising our carbon footprint is very important to us, and we always reuse or recycle empty boxes where possible.
